Easier to collect. Easier to pay.

Event payments are often large, scheduled months apart and easy to lose track of. EventPro360 Payments puts the request, the reminder and a Pay button in front of your client at exactly the right moment, then records each payment automatically to keep your books up to date.

For your team

Automated tracking and fewer manual tasks.

  • No more chasing. Reminders go out on the schedule you set and stop the moment a payment is made.
  • No more manual entry. Each payment marks its line paid, fills in the paid date, updates the balance and keeps the receipt on the line.
  • Know the moment money lands. The event owner, coordinator or finance team gets an alert when a client pays.
  • Keep your cash flowing. Card payments process quickly, with the option of daily payouts straight to your bank.

For your clients

Convenient payment options and a simpler checkout.

  • Pay from anywhere. Tap Pay in the contract, reminder email or client portal and pay online from a phone, tablet or computer.
  • Their choice of method. Credit card, debit card or ACH/eCheck, on a payment screen branded with your logo.
  • Secure, worry-free payments. Processed by Worldpay, with payment links that never expire and built-in protection against paying the same deposit twice.
  • A friendly nudge, not a surprise. Timely reminders spell out what is due, when, and link straight to payment.

How it works

Set the schedule once. EventPro360 collects it.

  1. 01

    Set your payment schedule

Add deposits and payments as fixed amounts or percentages, with due dates tailored to each event.

  2. 02

    Make paying easy

Live Pay buttons are built into your contracts, reminder emails and client portal, so clients can pay online in a few taps.

  3. 03

    Automate your reminders

Choose when reminders go out, like 15, 7, 3 and 1 day before each due date, with the option to continue daily until it’s paid.

  4. 04

Let the system handle the rest

Payments are recorded automatically, balances update, reminders stop and your team is notified. No manual entry required.

Built right in

Payments that live inside the event, not beside it.

Smart Pay buttons in your documents

Contracts, proposals and invoices carry live Pay buttons that always reflect the current amount due, even months after the document was sent.

Reminders on your terms

Choose when reminders go out, like 15, 7, 3 and 1 day before the due date, then daily until it’s paid. Each email links straight to what’s due.

Payments in your client portal

Clients can view event details, charges and balances, then pay individual deposits or any other amount online, right from their portal.

Secure, branded checkout

Accept credit cards, debit cards and ACH/eCheck through a mobile-friendly checkout showing your venue’s logo, contact details and policies.

Reporting that keeps you in control

Track outstanding and completed payments across all events, with detailed transaction and fee reporting to simplify reconciliation.

Flexible processing fees

Where permitted, pass card or ACH processing fees on to clients, flat or tiered by amount, or waive them for any single event.

For Lightspeed POS users

One payment. Both systems up to date.

When a client pays through EventPro360 Payments, the event updates and the payment is recorded on your Lightspeed house account at the same moment. Payments taken at your Lightspeed point of sale flow back to the event too, so no one has to enter the same payment in two systems.

Smarter payment strategies

A better payment strategy starts before the event.

Every event represents revenue you’ve worked hard to earn. A well-planned payment schedule helps protect that revenue, improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances, long before the event begins. Businesses that require payment up front are 20% less likely to lean on loans, credit lines or business credit cards. 3

Secure the deposit at signing

Make it easy to collect the initial deposit when the contract is signed, turning a confirmed booking into a financial commitment.

Let payments adjust as plans change

Use percentage-based payments that adjust to the event total as guest counts, menus and other details evolve.

Collect more before event day

Schedule final balances ahead of the event to minimize outstanding payments and avoid post-event collection headaches.

Make larger payments more affordable

Offer ACH/eCheck as a lower-cost alternative to cards, reducing processing costs on larger balances.
